The Leeward Owners Association

The Leeward Owners Association (LOA) is a company established to manage and maintain Leeward. LOA is a not-for-profit organisation, owned and controlled by the owners of property in Leeward and run for their benefit.
In 2016, LOA assumed full responsibly for the community and estate from the original developer.

The LOA’s prime objective is to improve the local environment, quality of life and property values for all owners and residents, and in so doing, ensure that Leeward remains a highly desirable location in which to live and invest.

LOA has three key functions:

  • To provide security and maintain the roads, canals, common spaces and other infrastructure in Leeward.
  • To maintain an attractive and harmonious community by upholding Leeward’s rules and restrictions.
  • To continually improve Leeward.
